All visitors to the Cook Islands are required to declare any criminal convictions.

Passport with Less than 6 Months Validity
All visitors to the Cook Islands are required by law to have a passport that is valid for 6 months or more beyond their departure from the Cook Islands.
Cook Islands Immigration may, on application from the traveller, issue an exemption to this requirement.
