Criminal Convictions.

All visitors to the Cook Islands are required to declare any criminal convictions.

Visitors should apply for the relevant exemption for travel and entry prior to booking travel to the Cook Islands.

To apply for an exemption for travel to and entry into the Cook Islands, you will need to complete the application form, provide some details about yourself and pay the required fee.

Passports

Passport with less than 6 months validity.

All visitors to the Cook Islands are required by law to have a passport that is valid for 6 months or more beyond their departure from the Cook Islands.

Cook Islands Immigration may, on application from the traveller, issue an exemption to this requirement.

To request an exemption, you will need to complete the application form, provide some details about your travel, and pay the required fee.
