The Cook Islands Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the following positions:
PACER Plus National Coordinator
Funded through the PACER Plus programme, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration (MFAI) is seeking to engage a consultant to undertake the role of PACER Plus National Coordinator.
The successful candidate will support the management and implementation of the PACER Plus Phase II Implementing Arrangement for the Development and Economic Cooperation (DEC) Work Programme in the Cook Islands, ensuring the delivery of expected outcomes and outputs.
Reporting to the Director of the International Affairs and Trade Division, the consultant will be based within MFAI.
The engagement is for a fixed term of two years (24 months), with any extension subject to funding availability.

2 x Part Time Immigration Border Officer - Immigration Division
The Immigration Border team contributes directly to MFAI’s vision of ‘Fostering a safe and more prosperous Cook Islands through exceptional Foreign Affairs and Immigration services’.
As Immigration Border Officer, you will be responsible for providing assurance in facilitating legitimate passengers; managing risks and carrying out immigration functions at both Air and Sea ports in the Cook Islands. You will also manages the processing of passengers and crew arriving to and departing from the Cook Islands in accordance with the appropriate policies, procedures and legislation.
