The Cook Islands Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the following position: ICT Manager – Capability & Service Delivery Division
The purpose of this role is to effectively and efficiently manage the overall Information, Communications and Technology operations of the ministry, including Overseas Missions, to promote the achievement of the Ministry’s objectives. As ICT Manager you will oversee the planning, development and implementation of the Ministry’s ICT functions and provide ICT advice and support across all Divisions.
Key responsibilities are leadership and management, strategic planning and policy, technical support and advice, and training and development.

Position: Smaller Island States (SIS) Officer and Foreign Service Officer – International and Trade Affairs Division
Description:
The purpose of these roles is to assist in advising Government, the public service and other stakeholders on foreign affairs. As a member of the Foreign Service team, you will assist in formulating recommendations to protect and promote the Cook Islands’ interests in its dealings with regional and international partners and provide timely, high-quality policy advice to Government.
Key responsibilities are relationship management and coordination, representation and negotiation, and the effective facilitation and implementation of the Divisional work programme.
